Coronavirus infection has changed the way of living people across the world. Even the COVID-19 has increased the serious health issues among people as they have been sitting inside the home. To combat such health problems like obesity, tension or any other illness, it is required for everyone to do exercise diurnally. If you need some inspiration to make yourself fit and healthy then we have brought a man from Britain who will definitely motivate to be like him.

He is 73-year-old Rajinder Singh, who is from Berkshire in southern England and for sure he is a fit and healthy septuagenarian.

Singh was also missing his weekly park run—an organized five-kilometer run that he used to every Saturday. Now, instead of going out for his routine exercise, Singh decided to pay his attention to skipping at his home.

"I'm not an expert but if you do five minutes skipping honestly it's like running three kilometers. Just skipping inside your house or in your garden. You don't even need trainers, just a rope," Singh, who has been dubbed "the skipping Sikh" on social media, told CNN Sport.

Interestingly, the skipping Sikh has been posting his workout videos on his social media account in a bid to encourage others to be active just like him.

Not just skipping, but Singh also performed other exercises to make himself stronger by lifting heavy watering cans and sprinting through his allotment.

With his workout videos, 'skipping Sikh' is trying to brace up people who are deteriorating their healths by not doing exercise during COVID-19 lockdown.

According to media reports, With the help of his daughter, Singh also set up a fundraising initiative that hopes to raise money for the British National Health Service (NHS).

"It is brilliant, no one can compare with the NHS. I wish other countries would follow the NHS. I am very thankful to them, we must try our best to help them as well," he said.

Besides doing exercise at home, Rajinder Singh is strictly following the instructions given by the UK government to stay at home.

We must say this Singh is really a ‘King’.
