Beer-drinking monkey creates menace in UP town [VIDEO]
Liquor shopkeepers in UP's Rae Bareli are fed up with a particularly nasty customer who jumps the queue, tries to steal booze from the shelves and even snatches bottles from other customers.
The little non-paying customer, a monkey, was caught on camera drinking beer - Kingfisher Strong, going by the look of the label - from a can.
The primate looked quite experienced at what it was doing, holding the beer can with both hands while drinking, and once even looking inside to see how much was left.

As maintained by Reports, some shopkeepers in Achalganj area even went and complained to authorities about the matter but were asked to just try and fend it off.
They even complained that the monkey threatened to scratch and bite anyone who tried to stop it from snatching or stealing alcohol.
It was not known how the monkey developed a taste for alcohol and how it learnt from where to get the booze. The video has been shared extensively on the internet..
