The Reserve Bank of India will be going to recruit RBI Grade B officers now. So, candidates who are willing to be a part of RBI then they can apply for the vacancy announced by RBI.
According to the notification, RBI will be going to do the recruitment of 166 RBI Grade B posts officer and the registration for the same will be started on 3rd July 2018. Therefore, all the interested candidates can apply for the vacancy till 23rd July 2018 on the official website of RBI at www.rbi.org.in.
However, the Reserve Bank of India conducted the examination for Grade B posts officer every year. Through the examination, RBI selects the Grade B post officers for its branches across the country.
The exam will be conducted by RBI to fill the vacancies of 166 RBI Grade B officer B position in its branches this year.
Meanwhile, the exam for RBI Grade B will be conducted in three phases i.e. Phase-I exam, phase-II exam and the interview process.
Candidates will be selected for the further stage after clearing the first stage of exam means candidates who qualified Phase I exam they will be eligible for Phase II while RBI aspirants who qualified the Phase II exam will be called for an interview. However, the selection will be based on the overall performance in all the three-phase examination of RBI 2018.
Age limit:
The minimum age limit for any candidate is 21 years while the maximum age limit is 30 years. While the age relaxation will be awarded as per the rules.
Pay scale:
The salary for the RBI Grade B officer will be approximately 67,000 per month and other perks.

Officers in Grade B (DR)- DEPR: 22 posts
Officers in Grade B(DR) – DESM: 17 posts

Educational qualification:
For Officers Grade B (DR ), all the interested candidates have at least 60% marks in their academics and also have the degree of Class 10th, 12th and graduation.
Candidates who are going to appear for Officers Grade B (DR) DEPR then they must have the Master’s degree as well as score at least 55 marks in Economics/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Mathematical Economics/ Integrated Economics.
