Indian Air Force Group C Recruitment 2021: Indian Air Force has released a job notification for the posts under Group ‘C’ Civilian.
A total of 1524 vacancies has been notified by the Indian Air Force for aspirants who are 12th pass.
Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application forms within 30 days (May 2, 2021) from the date of Employment News.

IAF Group ‘C’ Civilian Recruitment 2021: Vacancy Details
IAF will conduct the recruitment drive to fill the post of Steno, House Keeping Staff, MTS, Cook, LDC, CS & SMW, Carpenter, Ayah, Laundryman, Hindi Typist, and various other posts under IAF Group ‘C’ Civilian Recruitment 2021.
Selected candidates will be recruited at the various Air Force Stations/Units.

- Southern Air Command Unit - 28 Posts
- Eastern Air Command Units - 132 Posts
- Central Air Command Units - 116 Posts
- Maintenance Command Units - 479 Posts

IAF Group C Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Steno Gde-II - Candidates who have qualified 12th Class from recognized Board or University can apply for the post.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Aspirants who have passed class 12th from a recognized Board can apply for the post; a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on the computer (35 wpm and 30 wmp correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
- Supdt (Store) - Graduate of a recognized University or equivalent.
- Senior Computer Operator - Candidates should hold a graduation degree in Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized University and One Year of experience in Electronic Data Processing.
- Hindi Typist: 12th Class pass aspirants from a recognized Board can apply for the post. A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on the computer (35 wpm and 30 wmp correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
- Store Keeper: Candidates who have qualified12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University can apply for the position.
- Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade): 10th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university; Must be holding a valid Civil Driving License for light and heavy vehicles; Must possess professional skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanism; Minimum two years experience in driving motor vehicles.
- Cook (Ordinary Grade): Candidates who have qualified Matriculation from a recognized board with a certificate or diploma in catering can apply for the post.

Selection Criteria
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test which will consist of General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, and English.
