DRDO Recruitment 2021: Latest job opportunity Apprentice posts; selection without written test

DRDO Recruitment 2021: Defence Scientific Information and Documentation Centre, DESIDOC, DRDO has released a job opportunity for the post of Apprentice on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form released at drdo.gov.in.

Candidates can submit their entries 21 days from the date of advertisement published in the employment news.

Applicants who are willing to apply for the vacancy should check the eligibility criteria and other details required for the post.

DRDO Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

Candidates who want to apply for the post can check the education qualification required given below:

• For Library and Information Science- Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Institute.
  Or
  Diploma in Library Science from recognized University/Institute.
• For Computer Science- Degree in Computer Science (B.E/B.Tech) from a recognized University/institute.

Selection process:

Candidates will be selected based on their interview after being shortlisted on a merit basis (percentage/ marks of essential qualification). Board constituted by the Director DESIDOC will select the candidate on the basis of applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called through an offer letter.

According to the official notification, candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any institute/ organization are not eligible and only those who have passed out in 2019 or later can apply. A certificate in this regard may be furnished.
