DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2022: Notification released for over 1900 posts; 10th pass can apply
Defence Research and Development Organisation, Center for Personnel Talent Management, (DRDO CEPTAM) has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A). Interested candidates can visit the official website and apply for the vacancies.
The online registration process will start on September 3 and the deadline to submit the application form is September 23, 2022. The recruitment drive is being conducted by DRDO to fill a total of 1,901 posts of Senior Technical Assistant and Technician in the organisation.

- Senior Technical Assistant-B: Total 1,075 Posts
- Technician-A: Total 826 Posts
DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2022: Educational Qualification
- Senior Technical Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Computer Science or Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Allied subjects from an AICTE recognised institution is mandatory.
- Technician: Class 10th certificate, ITI certificate is needed is mandatory to apply for the post. In case ITI do not award Certificate/NTC/NAC in the required discipline then a certificate of minimum one-year duration from recognised institution is needed.

Candidates applying for the posts should be between 18 to 28 years of age.
DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
The selection process will be carried out in two phases - Computer Based Test (CBT) and Trade/Skill Test.
DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2022: Pay Scale
Senior Technical Assistant: Rs 35,400 to 1,12,400 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Technician: Rs 19,900 to 63,200 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
