BSF ASI, Head Constable exam schedule out; important details here

Exam in 3rd week of December

The Border Security Force (BSF) has put out a preliminary examination schedule for the positions of Assistant Sub Inspector (Steno) and Head Constable (Ministerial).

As per the schedule, the first phase of the exam (Physical Measurement and Documentation) will be held in the 3rd week of December 2022. It is to be noted that the hall tickets will be released in the first week of December 2022.


The Force will shortlist candidates, for the posts of ASI (Steno) and HC (Min) in BSF Exam 2021-22 through Direct Entry, on the basis of three phases -  1: Physical Measurementb) Documentation (Checking of documents), 2: Written examination, and 3rd is Shorth and test for ASI (Steno) (b) Typing Speed test for HC (Min) (c) Medical Examination (DME/RME).

With this recruitment drive, the BSF aims to fill a total of 323 vacancies, of which 11 vacancies are for the post of ASI and 312 for Head Constable posts.
