IPL 2018: Amid Karnataka assembly election new trouble in front of Virat Kohli; a major reshuffle in matches

Ahead of Karnataka assembly elections, there has been a major changes IPL 11 season program of matches between the two teams. This information was given by the Board of Control for Cricket of India (BCCI).

The dates for Karnataka assembly elections have been announced recently by the Election Commision of India. The match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Daredevils have been shuffled due to the assembly elections in the state.

Significantly, the IPL match dates have already been announced, but it has been rescheduled ahead of assembly polls. On May 12, voting will be done for 224 Assembly seats in Karnataka, which will prevent security during IPL matches. Therefore, the match played in Bangalore on May 12 has now been shifted to Delhi's Ferozeshah Kotla Stadium. This change can prove to be a problem for RCB captain Virat Kohli as he is a record to have a fantastic batting on that field.

At the same time, the April 21 match in Delhi will be held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. The 11th season of the IPL is to start from April 7. The first match will be played between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Earlier, there has been a change in the schedule of Punjab matches of this season of the IPL.
