Watch: Property dealer shot dead by unidentified gunman in Delhi
A property dealer in Delhi was shot dead by an unidentified armed man outside his office on Tuesday. In a shocking incident that has stired up censures of law imposition in the national capital. People reckon personal feud could be the cause behind the killing.
A CCTV footage from outside the office of Narendra Gehlot, showed a armed man walking up to his car and opening fire at Old Palam Vihar Road in Dwarka. The incident took place around 4:30 pm.
In the footage, the property dealer is seen trying to run away in his car but it then swerve and stops. The armed man who was wearing a helmet, then climbed on the roof of another car and fired shots at Gehlot as he tried to escape. Gehlot was taken to Venkateshwara Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival by the doctors.
Senior police officer Anto Alphonso stated that Gehlot himself was an accused in a attempt to murder case.

"The incident has been captured in the CCTV camera. There were two bike-borne assailants, who were sporting helmets, one of them fired the gun. Gehlot, himself had an attempted murder case against him. He had fought the Delhi civic polls and lost," Mr Alphonso told news agency IANS.
The police further stated that the shooter was co-occured with another man on the bike. A case has been registered and the probe is underway.
