Delhi: Annoyed over salary cut man murders employer
A shocking news was reported from Delhi's Dwarka where a 21-year-old man murdered his employer and dumped his body in Najafgarh. The incident that took place on Monday came to light after the deceased's nephew filed a missing complaint of the victim on 12 August.
Body found from well
Police immediately swung into action and on Saturday they found the body of the deceased identified as Om Prakash who used to run a dairy business with his nephew, from the well. After recovering the body police found injuries on the victim's neck and head, on seeing this police grew suspicious and registered it under murder case.

During the investigation, police found out that the victim was last seen with his employee Tasleem on August 10. They immediately went to question him and also conducted a raid near Prakash's house. However, after recovering the body when they again went to question Tasleem he fled with Prakash's bike and mobile phone.
On seeing this they immediately launched a search operation and sent teams to his hometown in Shamli and raided nearby areas including Panipat and other parts of Haryana, however in vain. It was on Sunday police received a tip that Tasleem was in Delhi's Jharoda, they immediately swung into action and nabbed the accused.
Why he killed his boss?
During interrogation, he told that on 23rd June he joined the work at the promise of being paid Rs 15,000 as salary per month, however, instead of giving him full salary Prakash cut downed his salary by Rs 3,000 because of the coronavirus lockdown. On 11th August when he asked his boss to hike his salary Prakash refused it leading to a big argument. Later, on the same day in a rage, he attacked Prakash at home with a wooden stick and then slit his throat, before dumping his body into the well.
