This is why Meghan Markle will not celebrate her birthday with Prince Harry

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle is all set to celebrate her birthday on August 4. This will be the first time she will celebrate her birthday at the Royal household.

Meghan, who will turn 37 this year, might not have a lavish birthday party, according to reports. Instead, the former actress will be spending the day at the wedding ceremony of one of Prince Harry's best friends Charlie Van Straubenzeema and Daisy Jenks, in Churt, Surrey.

Prince Harry will also reportedly play the best man on the big day, which means Meghan might have to give her birthday party a miss.

Meghan's date of birth holds special importance for the Royal family. The Duchess shared her birthday with Queen Elizabeth II's late mother Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. This year would have been the Queen Mother's 118th birthday.

Last year, Meghan celebrated her birthday with Prince Harry on an African safari. We still don't know if Prince Harry has planned something special for the occasion this year.
