Actor Kit Harington has revealed that he "cried at the end" after reading the final script of 'Game of Thrones.'
On the BBC's 'The One Show', the 30-year-old actor candidly discussed that to say goodbye to the character, Jon Snow, which he played for eight years, was not easy.
The final read-through of the show that recently took place at Belfast in Ireland, was an emotional experience for the actor.
"I cried at the end. You have to remember that eight years of it no one really cares about it more than us," he stated.
Harington added, 'it's been an institution longer than any other institution I've been in. School, drama school, anything."
The 'Pompeii' star confessed that he gets a bit weepy thinking about it, while adding that it will be a strange year saying goodbye to everyone.
With 'Game of Thrones' ending, the British actor is looking forward to marry former co-star Rose Leslie as two got engaged in September.
The ninth season of 'Game of Thrones' is expected to hit HBO sometime late next year.
