The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, will soon release the board exam result for classes 10th and 12th on its official website.

Before the result announcement, there is an important update that every student of CBSE Board schools should know.

Know important details:

Board students of class 10th or 12th must have a question in their mind that how they will get their mark sheet or passing certificate amid COVID-19 pandemic.

Like every year, CBSE provides these documents after the result announced. Candidates collect the hard copy from their respective schools while soft copies of their documents can be downloaded from the website.

Know how to get CBSE mark sheet and pass certificate:

CBSE also provides the mark sheet and pass certificate through DigiLocker. Therefore, students can get their passing documents from DigiLocker.

In 2019, CBSE had partnered with DigiLocker in a bid to provide digital certificates to students.

DigiLocker is a flagship initiative of Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) under Digital India programme and it aims at ‘Digital Empowerment’ of a citizen by providing access to authentic digital documents to citizen’s digital document wallet.

All the board students will get their DigiLocker username via SMS on the registered mobile number.

In case, students who don’t have the credentials to sign the DigiLocker or don’t have the access to the mobile number registered with CBSE, they can still get the digital certificates by signing up on DigiLocker.

As per reports, CBSE is expected to announce Class 10th, 12th result on July 15.

In the wake of skyrocketing coronavirus cases in India, CBSE had cancelled the pending examinations for classes 10th and 12th.
