UPPSC PCS Exam 2018: New schedule for PCS prelims exam just before the last two days for the registration process; check the new date

Alert! UPPSC PCS prelims exam date has been postponed. This big announcement has been made by the Commission two days before the last date of registration for the examination. UPPSC has rescheduled the examination date for the aspirants.

Earlier, the preliminary examination which was likely to be held on 19th August, now it has been postponed to October. Therefore, candidates who are going to appear for the UPPSC PCS prelims examination will have to wait for more for the examination. However, Assistant Conservator of Forest/ Range Forest Officer Services exam will also be held on the same day.

Reportedly, the exam ha been postponed due to the huge number of online application form submitted for Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Service under general recruitment.

As per the reports, UPSC secretary Jagdish said that the UPSC PCS exam has postponed due to the excessive number of registration form submitted for the post. Due to which Commission have plan again for the examination centre.
