UP Board has finally released the results of Class 10th and Class 12th Board exam results on its official website. This year, the passing percentage is far better than the previous years' results.
Even the percentages of toppers have crossed the 90 percent. As Tanu Tomar tops Class 12 with 97.83% and Gautam Raghuvanshi tops Class 10 with 97.17%.
But, there is a student of class 10th from Kanpur named Priyanshu Gupta, the son of security guard has scored 567 marks out of 600 marks and his name has been listed in the list of Kanpur’s top 10 toppers.
Let us tell you about Priyanshu’s family background, his father is a security guard and he belongs to a poor family.
Meanwhile, Priyanshu is very happy after securing 9th rank in Kanpur.
During an interview with Amar Ujala, Priyanshu told that he did a lot of hard work for his Class 10th Board exams.
He studied for 7 to 10 hours daily after school. Priyanshu also revealed his preparation mantra that one should revise each and everything what has been taught in school.
He also told about his future plan that he wants to be like ‘Abhinandan Varthaman’ and would like to join the Indian Air Force to serve the country.
Moreover, Priyanshu Gupta is the student of Kanpur’s Onkareshwar Saraswati Vidya Niketan school in Jawahar Nagar.
This year a total of 58,06,922 students appeared for the UP Board Class 10th and Class 12th Board exam.
UP Board class 10th Board exams were held from 6th February to 22nd February while class 12th exams were conducted from 6th February and were concluded on 12th March 2019 across the state.
