UGC NET Registration 2021: Good news! Last date extended; know the new schedule

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for online registration of the UGC NET 2021. Candidates who are left for the submission of the online application form can submit their entry now.

Earlier, the last date for UGC NET online registration was March 2 while the application fee payment date was March 3. Now, candidates have the time till March 9, 2021 to submit their application form at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

NTA will conduct the UGC NET 2021 exam on May 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 17.

• Online registration date: February 2, 2021
• Revised date for online registration: March 9, 2021
• Online fee payment: March 10, 2021
• Application form correction window- February 12 to March 16, 2021

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA UGC NET—ugcnet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link which says, ‘Fill Application form Dec 2020 cycle (May 2021)’
Step 3: A new page will open
Step 4: Submit your details asked on the page
Step 5: Upload your scanned photo and signature
Step 6: Make application fees
Step 7: Download your application form
Step 8: Take a printout for further purpose

UGC NET 2021 Exam: Paper pattern

Candidates need to appear for two papers. Paper I will consist of 100 marks while Paper II will carry 200 marks.
