Staff Selection Commission has postponed its online examination for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) examination due to a Coronavirus outbreak across the country. Therefore, candidates who have applied for SSC CHSL Tier 1 exams will have to wait for few more days now.
Candidates are advised to keep doing their preparation for the exam as SSC will soon release further updates about the exam schedule on its official website at www.ssc.nic.in.

According to the official notification, “As a precautionary measure, in view of the emergent situation due to COVID-19, it has been decided by the Commission, in the larger public interest, to postpone the ongoing Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-I), 2OL9 with effect from 20.03.2020"
On the other hand, details about admit cards for SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam will be updated on SSC official regional websites. So, candidates are advised to keep close track of the regional websites.
A few days back, SSC released the application status of the CHSL 2019 exam. Candidates whose application has been rejected by the Commission due to errors are not eligible to appear for the exam.
Earlier, MHRD announced to cancel CBSE board exams for class 10th and class 12th, including NIOS, JEE (Main) exam across the country and also asked other state boards to postpone the examinations.
Also, UGC directed all its affiliated universities and colleges to postponed all ongoing examinations.
