The Railway Recruitment Board will soon to release the RRB Group D results on its official website. According to the RRB officials, the RRB Group D results likely to be released either on 28th February or in the first week of March 2019.
Also, the notification about the result declaration likely to be released in the coming two or three days. To check your results, candidates should keep their eyes on the regional websites of RRB.
As per the reports of NDTV, there are the speculations that RRB would not wait for 28th February as the application process for RRB NTPC will start from 28th February. Therefore, there are the possibilities that RRB Group D result notification likely to release either today or tomorrow.
Indian Railways had released vacancies to fill over 60,000 posts vacant under Group D. The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the Computer-based test and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
The first stage exam has already over, now, aspirants who will qualify the exam will appear for the PET and document verification process which will be held soon.
To qualify the PET exam, candidates should check the eligibility criteria given below:
There will be different criteria for male and female candidates who will appear for RRB PET.
For male candidates:
All selected male candidates will have to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one go without putting the weight down and also able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
For female candidates:
Women candidates who will qualify the exam will have to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting the weight down and also able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.
