Indian Railways has broken all its records by releasing several vacancies on the official website of Railway Recruitment Board, RRB. At the beginning of 2019, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has announced that RRB will soon to release 2.3 lakh jobs on its official website.
Recently, RRB has released NTPC and Level-1 jobs, now, Railway Recruitment Board planning to release as many as 1 lakh vacancies on the official website in the coming week.
As per the reports, Indian Railways to release 1 lakh vacancies and the online application process will begin from next week. The first recruitment drive will be conducted under the aegis of the RRCs.
RRCs will also conduct the recruitment along with the physical efficiency test of group D posts that was advertised under CEN 02/2018. Under the group D category, the post includes track maintainer grade IV, assistant pointsman, helper/ assistant in various technical departments (electrical, engineering, mechanical and S&T departments) and jobs on level 1 post in other departments.
The new recruitment notification will be available on RRC portal through the advertisement RRC CEN 01/ 2019. To check the notification candidates should go through the centralized employment notification, properly, before applying for the job. However, the registration portal will open on 12th March at 10 am.
Reportedly, this will be the last of the four recruitment announced by the Indian Railways this year before Lok Sabha 2019 polls.
