OSSSC Recruitment 2019: Registration begins! Apply for 806 Forest Guard posts; 10th pass can apply

Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has released a detailed notification for the recruitment of Forest Guard on its official website on November 29. Candidates who were eagerly waiting for the notification can check the eligibility criteria required for 806 vacancies released for Forest guard posts.

Earlier, a short notification was released for the post of Forest Guard on 22nd November 2019. Now, the complete detailed notification uploaded on the official website.

There is a total of 806 forest guard positions.

Check OSSSC Vacancy Details:

Candidates need to register for the Forest Guard position at osssc.gov.in. The online application process begins on November 29 and the last date to apply for the vacancy is December 29th. While the application fee for the same should be filled before the date. While the payment of the fee via challan can be done until January 6th, 2020. The last date submit the completed application form is January 6th, 2020.

Age Limit Required:

The minimum age limit required to apply for the post is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 32 years. While the age relaxation for the post will be given as per government norms.

Note: Candidates should hold the knowledge of Odia language.

Selection Procedure:

The selection to the post of Forest Guard will be based on Physical Standard Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test, Sports, NCC and Written Test.
