Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is expected to release the admission form for the 2020-21 session on its official website soon. Interested and eligible candidates should keep their eyes on the official website of KVS.
KVS offers admission for the classes of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 12th. Earlier, KVS released a notification that stated that the application process for KVS admission 2020 will begin from the first week of March.
As per the latest schedule, the online registration form for KVS 2020 likely to release next week of March.
However, students or parents who are applying for the first time for KVS admission should check some important instructions given below:
1. Candidates applying for KVS class 1st admission should attain the age of 5 years.

For Class 1: Age limit is 5 years to 7 years
For Class 2: Age limit is 6 years to 8 years
For Class 3: Age limit is 7 years to 9 years
For Class 4: Age limit is 8 years to 10 years
For Class 5: Age limit is 9 years to 11 years
For Class 6: Age limit is 10 years to 12 years
For Class 7: Age limit is 11 years to 13 years
For Class 8: Age limit is 12 years to 14 years
For Class 9: Age limit is 13 years to 15 years
For Class 10: Age limit is 14 years to 16 years
2. The registration process for all classes of KVS will be done via online mode at kvsonlineadmissions.in.
3. Online registration process for admission to class 11 will begin just after the class 10th board exam results.
4. People should keep the documents for class 1 admission like age proof certificate issued by the authority competent to register births. While for other classes, the date of birth should be mentioned in the transfer certificate issued by a school recognized by the State Education Department. However, the original certificate of date of birth should be returned to the parent after verification.
5. For class 1 admission, out of the total available seats, 15 percent seats are reserved for SC and 7.5 percent seats are reserved for ST. While for classes 2 to class 12, candidates should visit the official website to check further details.
