JEE Main Exam Results 2018: Get ready to check your result after 10 am; follow these steps to get your percentage

JEE Mains Result 2018

The Central Board of Secondary Education which conducted several exams every year across the country, now going to announce the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains results in 2018 today. Therefore, all the students who have appeared for the JEE Mains exam should get ready to check their results on the official website on 30 April 2018.

According to the reports, this year, over 10 lakh of candidates have appeared for the mains offline examination which was held on 8 April 2018 while more than 2 lakhs of candidates have come for the online examination which was conducted on 15 April and 16 April.


Follow these steps to check your JEE Mains Result 2018:

I. Open the official website of the JEE at jeemain.nic.in
II. Click on the relevant link for check your Mains results
III. Enter your details like roll number and date of birth
IV. Click on submit
V. Your result will be displayed on the website after the submission of details
VI. Take a printout for future reference

Talking about the last year, the result for the JEE Mains exam results were declared on 27th April. The selection of the students will be based on their performances in the examination. Those candidates who will clear the JEE (Mains) then only, they will be eligible for the JEE Advanced exam round. After clearing another stage of exam i.e JEE Advanced then, the colleges will be allotted to the students after counting their score the two written examinations.

However, CBSE had already released the answer key and recorded response for the offline examination on 24 April, which was held on 8 April 2018. The opportunity for downloading your answer key was till 27 April. According to the reports, this year the cut off might be between 95 to 100.
