ICSE, ISC Semester 2 Exams 2022: Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, CISCE, has released an important notification for class 10th and class 12th pre-board examination.
CISCE has stated that schools will conduct the pre-boards for classes 10 and 12 only if the syllabus has been completed, covered, and revised. It means if the syllabus of both classes is not completed then schools need not conduct the pre-board exams.

According to the official notification, “Schools are advised to not conduct the 'Pre-Board Examinations' for the ICSE and ISC candidates unless the syllabus has been thoroughly revised and completed. Preferably, the 'Pre-Board' examinations should be conducted between March end and April.”
Earlier, CISCE had also released a notification for conducting the Semester 2 examinations for ISC class 12 and ISCE Class 10 on its official website- cisce.org.
It has notified that the ICSE, ISC Semester 2 Exams 2022 will be held in April end.
According to the notice, council officials have stated that by scheduling the exams in April end, schools will get plenty of time to complete or revise the syllabus for ISC, ISCE students.
The official exam schedule for the ISC and ICSE Semester 2 exams will be declared soon by CISCE on their website.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, CISCE had already reduced the syllabus for various subjects to lessen the burden on the students.
ICSE, ISC Semester 1 Board Exams were conducted from November 22 to December 20, 2021. The results for the same were declared on February 7, 2022.
