GATE Result 2018: Good news! IIT Guwahati declared result; click here to check

IIT Guwahati has released the GATE 2018 result today. All the interested candidates can check their result on the official website now.

Follow these steps to check your result:
Step 1: Open the official website of GATE at gate.iitg.ac.in
Step 2: Enter your registration number and the other details asked on the website
Step 3: Your scorecard will be displayed
Step 4: Download your result
Step 5: Take a printout for future reference

The final result has been released on the basis of the calculation of the final answer keys.

However, the GATE 2018 examination was organized by the IIT Guwahati. The examination is conducted for taking the admission to the master’s programme in the various IIT’s institutes as well as other technical institutions in the country.

Through qualifying GATE exam, candidates can get the recruitment in the various Public Sector Undertakings or PSUs for the posts of Junior Engineers. The recruitment for the same would start after the release of GATE 2018 results.

The scorecard of the GATE examination is valid for three years from the date of announcement of the result. Candidates can take admission using the same in any Institute that accepts GATE scores within these three years only.
