Delhi University has released the first cut off list for the students who are willing to take the admission to the various courses of DU on 19th June 2018. However, students are facing the difficulties to appear for the admission process on the official website of DU. As the server of the DU’s website came under pressure due to the heavy traffic because of this the problems raised.
Reportedly, students were unable to access the website for some time due to which students were consulting to the colleges and also seeking the help of the professors in generating forms.
DigiLocker is also the reason why students are in trouble as it has not been integrated with the system. According to the officials, the certificated and documents stored on DigiLocker could not be accessed by the students since they are not yet integrated with University’s system. Officials also said that the varsity had given a time of 10 days to furnish the documents which they have not yet.
What is DigiLocker?
It refers to dedicated personal electronic space in government-owned public cloud storage. In DigiLocker, an individual can keep their important documents, files or certificated safely. Candidates can also download their files and also shared it online with the various stakeholders whenever they want. The storage space is linked to the Aadhaar of the user as well.
