CLAT Exam 2022: Online application begins for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; check exam schedule

CLAT Exam 2022: The Consortium of National Law Universities has announced the examination date of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) on its official website.

According to reports, the online registration process for CLAT 2022 will start on January 1, 2022.

CLAT 2022 exam is scheduled to be held on May 8, 2022, across various exam centres in the country.

Applicants who want to apply for CLAT 2022 exam should submit their application form only at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

CLAT exam will be held for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Candidates should keep note that CLAT 2022 exam dates may be changed according to future circumstances.

The last date to fill the application form is March 31, 2022.

CLAT 2022: Eligibility criteria required

Candidates who have qualified the class 12th or appearing for the exam this academic session can submit apply for CLAT 2022.

Applicants who have passed LLB can apply for CLAT LLM courses provided by the partnered institutes. Aspirants should also have secured above 50% marks in the board exams.

CLAT 2022: Official notification

For counselling fee for CLAT 2022 has been deducted to Rs 30,000 from Rs 50,000. While candidates under the reserved category, the counselling fees will be Rs 20,000.

According to the official notification, “CLAT-2022 will be held on May 8, 2022. The Consortium has resolved that CLAT-2023 will be held on December 18, 2022. Hence, in 2022, two CLAT examinations will be held in one year.”
