Due to the coronavirus outbreak in India, several examinations have been postponed, including CBSE Board exams for Class 10th and Class 12th. Amid lockdown, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday has released an important circular about the rescheduling of the remaining examination for CBSE Class 10th, 12th and also about the promotion of the students from classes 1 to 8.
According to the official notification, "With regard to rescheduling board examinations for classes 10 and 12, it is informed that at this stage it is difficult for the Board to decide and announce the new schedule for examinations."
However, the board has cleared that any decision that the board will take to conduct the examination will be taken only after consulting the higher education authorities.
CBSE Board also added that “the Board will give notice of about 10 days to all stakeholders before starting the Board examinations.”

As per the expectations, CBSE will announce the details about re-conducting the Class 10th, 12th board exams only after the 21-day lockdown.
So, candidates whose exams are still remaining should keep their eyes on the official website of CBSE for every important update about the examination.
