Indian skipper Virat Kohli may once again receive the ire of match officials after gave an outrageous send-off to Bangladesh opener Soumya Sarkar. In the 16th over of the game, Hardik Pandya was bowling to Soumya Sarkar and he pitched the ball short and wide. Soumya slapped the ball and was caught by Virat Kohli at short extra-cover.
After taking the catch, Virat Kohli pointed at the batsman signaling him that he is out. The umpires went asked the Indian skipper to calm down and so did the vice-captain Rohit Sharma. Virat has already argued over third umpire’s decision early in the game which may cost him half of his match fee and with his outrageous gesture towards Soumya, it is looking to be done deal.

Bangladesh is chasing a target of 315 from 50 overs. Bangladesh has lost two wickets already and are 117-2 at the time of publishing this story. India after winning the toss started on a good not but couldn’t capitalise much in the last ten overs. Indian opener Rohit Sharma hit his record fourth century in this World Cup. KL Rahul hit 77 runs before he was dismissed by Rubel. Rishabh Pant was dismissed for 48 runs.
