Ravindra Jadeja is arguably one of the best fielder in modern cricket. Jadeja once again proved that no one is better than him when it comes to fielding. Last night, in a match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders, Jadeja pulled off an amazing blinder when he saved a boundary.
The incident took place in the 14th over when Andre Russell was at strike. Andre Russell played a pull shot off Scott Kuggeleijn’s ball, it was traveling like a bullet when Ravindra Jadeja came in its way like Superman and saved a boundary. Andre Russell was at nine when this happened, if Jadeja would have pulled off that catch Russell could not have made that half-century.

This is not the first time Jadeja did something like this on the field. In CSK’s first match of the season against Royal Challengers Bangalore, he took a sharp catch of AB de Villiers off Harbhajan Singh’s bowling.
As far as the match is concerned, Chennai Super Kings beat Kolkata Knight Riders by seven wickets. Deepak Chahar was awarded the man of the match trophy for his breakthrough wicket in the first over and taking three wickets in the match.
CSK now sits on top of the points table as they have 10 points from the six matches they have played so far. Kolkata Knight Riders are at number two from the same number of matches. Chennai will play Rajasthan Royals next at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur on April 11, Thursday.
