Known as Mr. 360 in cricket world, South African star batsman AB de Villiers got stunned when he asked former Indian captain MS Dhoni that how long he is going to play.
In an interview with The Ring Side View, the former Proteas skipper has revealed his chat that he did with Dhoni during the 2015 World Cup.
It was a time of World Cup 2015, when 'Men in Blue' defeated South Africa by 130 runs in a group stage encounter between the two sides.
Now in a video that had gone viral on social media de Villiers saying, "I have mentioned it to people before that I should do it how he (Dhoni) does it. (He is) non-stop, doing it day-in and day out."
“We were playing in World Cup 2015 and India beat us in Melbourne. We stood at post-match presentation and I asked him how long can he go for? How long can he do this for?
“He said I love every second of it (smiles). I said okay. He is one of a kind and I will always have respect for him for what he has achieved in his career,” De Villiers concluded.
Indian wicket-keeper batsman MS Dhoni has already added a new feather to his cap by completing 100 stumping in 301 matches.
Dhoni, who is known for his good work behind the stumps, had a good day on field against Sri Lanka in the fifth and final match at the R. Premdasa Stadium on 3rd August.
