The Indian cricket team is off to Mohali after the first T20I match against South Africa was called off due to rain. The first T20I match that was scheduled to start at 7 pm on Sunday was abandoned and spectators in Dharamshala had to go home without seeing any action.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli shared a picture with teammate Hardik Pandya from his official Twitter handle. Kohli captioned the picture saying, “Mohali bound @hardikpandya7 #travelinstyle.”

Hardik Pandya is making a comeback after two months break from cricket. Pandya last played an international game in England when India lost to New Zealand in the World Cup 2019.
Kohli and company will play their second T20I match against South Africa on September 18 in Mohali, Punjab. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 pm at IS Bindra stadium.
India and South Africa are playing a bilateral series which includes three T20I matches and three Test matches. South Africa will be playing their inaugural ICC World Test Championship series against India while the Men in Blue had already played and won a fixture against West Indies.
