Virat coming from a Punjabi family has been a foodie. He describes the kind of diet he once used to have including all the food items a typical Punjabi-thali comes with. Naans dipped in butter, Shahi Paneer and Dal Makhni. Virat liked all these dishes but the dish he was most fond of was Choley-bhature. Virat revealed in a given to The week recently that he used to be a junk food lover once but decided to give up all the trash eating to keep himself fit. He had his last bite of Choley bhature on 15 August 2015. Also, he had just one bite of the choley bhature he once loved so much.

Virat doesn't go for the popular gym diet that includes high-protein and low carbs. He rather believes that the food items that are less in taste are healthy. To start with, Virat stopped eating wheat and sugar. Speaking of the exercises, He describes the Power-snatch as his favourite exercise as it strengthens the complete body.

 

 

Additionally, Virat Kohli doesn't consume any normal water known to us. He drinks a very special kind of mineral water that is imported from France. He drinks the water of a company called Avion that charges Virat Rs 600 for a litre of water.
