After 128 years a record was broken in Test cricket. A match being played between Bangladesh and West Indies, top five batsman from the Windies were dismissed bowled.
This is the first time since 1890 that five batsman from the top order were dismissed bowled. This happened in the second Test at Dhaka on Saturday when Kraigg Brathwaite, Kieran Powell, Shai Hope, Sunil Ambris and Roston Chase were all bowled out by Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and spinner Mehidy Hasan.
Bangladesh won the series by an innings and 184 runs to take a 2-0 series home. Mehidy Hasan of Bangladesh took 12 wickets in the match as Windies collapse twice.
Bangladesh and Windies will now play a three-match ODI series starting from December 9 in Shere Bangla Stadium in Dhaka. Before that Windies will also play a practice match against Bangladesh Cricket Board XI on December 6.
Bangladesh and Windies will also play a three-match T20I series starting from December 17 in Sylhet International Stadium in Sylhet.
