Delhi Capitals leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane had a oopsie at the field as his throw went haywire. The incident took place in the 8th over when Kagiso Rabada pitched the ball to David Warner and the ball went to Lamichhane at deep cover. After receiving the ball Sandeep threw it and it didn’t go well.

Take a look at the video when Sandeep Lamichhane’s throw went haywire:

Earlier, Delhi Capitals’ top order was demolished by in-form Sunrisers Hyderabad as they were all-out for 129-8 in 20 overs. After winning the toss Buveneshwar Kumar opted to bowl first and the decision proved to be a good one.

Delhi opener Prithvi Shaw was dismissed by Bhuveneshwar Kumar for 11 runs in the third over. Former Hyderabad player Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed by Mohammad Nabi after scoring 12 off 14 balls. Skipper Shreyas Iyer was the only player to score some runs for Delhi as wickets were regularly falling at the other end.

Iyer was clean bowled by leg-spinner Rashid Khan for 43 off 41 balls. Rishabh Pant was dismissed by Mohammad Nabi for just 5 runs. Rahul Tewatia was also dismissed for just 5 runs by Sandeep Sharma. Colin Ingram was also sent back to pavilion for just 5 runs by Siddharth Kaul as Manish Pandey took a fantastic catch.

Chris Morris was the next batsman to go as he was dismissed by Bhuveneshwar Kumar for 17 off 15. Kagiso Rabada was dismissed by Siddharth Kaul for just 3 runs as he was dropped by Sandeep Sharma in the previous over. Axar Patel played a little cameo as he scored 23 off 13.

Mohammad Nabi, Bhuveneshwar Kumar and Siddarth Kaul took two wickets each, while Rashid Khan and Sandeep Sharma took one each.
