Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from all forms of international cricket and the Indian Premier League. Yuvraj, however, said that he would like to play in foreign T20 leagues if BCCI allowed him to do so. Yuvraj Singh held a press conference to announce his retirement to the world.
Cricketers who played with him wished him luck for his future endeavours and among them was Englishman Stuart Broad, who was famously hit for six sixes in an over by Yuvraj Singh. Broad took to his official Twitter account to wish Yuvraj and wrote, “Enjoy retirement Legend @YUVSTRONG12.”
Broad received a lot of praise from Indian fans for his kind gesture. The Indian Premier League franchise Chennai Super Kings’ official Twitter handle wrote, “Broadminded gentleman you!”
