Shocking! Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma among top cricketers with D-Company's match-fixer in a sting operation

Recently released Al Jazeera's sting operation on match-fixing uncovered evidence of corruption at the highest levels of International cricket.

The documentary titled 'The Munawar Files' featured elite international cricketers seen in a photograph with a high-profile match-fixer allegedly connected to Dawood Ibrahim's D-company.

The match-fixer aka Aneel Munawar lives in India but travel around the world where international cricket matches are played. Munawar also shares the same hotel with top international cricketers and is seen many of times either clicking pictures with them or sitting behind with a sheet allegedly discussing plans for the fixes.

The matches in which fixes were allegedly carried out include England vs India at Lord's Cricket Ground, England vs Australia, South Africa vs Australia and several matches during England's series against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The pictures included some of the greats of modern cricket, like Virat Kohli, current Indian captain, Rohit Sharma, current Indian vice-captain, Umar Akmal, a Pakistani player was seen receiving a bag allegedly given to him by a Munawar associate.

We do not confirm that the cricketers photographed with Aneel Munawar were also involved in match-fixing.
