Former Australian pacer Mitchell Johnson slammed ICC for sharing an interview where he praised the Indian quick Jasprit Bumrah for his bowling attack. ICC shared a bit from the interview which was published in Times of India. Johnson also denied doing any interview with the journalist who wrote the story.
Johnson first questioned the ICC’s tweet which read, “He hardly bowls a loose delivery, and any batsman will think twice before taking him on." @MitchJohnson398 likes what he sees of Jasprit Bumrah,” to which Johnson replied, “Where has this come from? I don’t recall this. Who wrote this? I do agree with parts of it but I never sat down with anyone from memory.”
