The Sri Lankan batsman Chamara Silva created a buzz and became a source of laughter on social media after his bizarre attempt to hit a ball from behind the wicket in a match between MAS Unichela and Teejay Lanka at P Sara Oval in Colombo.
Everyone was left shocked with Chamara Silva's selection of shot because it was not reverse sweep or any scoop shot. The shot that Silva was trying to attempt was too unique and innovative, maybe that's why his attempt was a failed one. Chamara was attempting to play a pull shot by going behind the wicket. While attempting the bizarre shot, may be Chamara Silva forgot that he could be bowled as the ball can hit the wicket too.
