IPL 2018, CSK vs KKR, Match Preview: MS Dhoni's Army to take on Dinesh Karthik's team; here's what to expect
Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders will clash today at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai at 2000hrs(IST). Both the teams will play their second match of the ongoing tournament. MS Dhoni and Dinesh Karthik are known to lead their teams with exceptional leadership quality, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of their teams well, they mount the best possible attack on the opposition.
KKR and CSK both have won their first match played against RCB and Mumbai Indians. Both the teams are expected to come to the ground brimming with confidence.
The two strong sides come with an aim to win the match. CSK, having returned to the tournament after a gap of two years outclassed the defending champions Mumbai Indians in their last match and on the other hand, Karthik's squad has proved Kohli's team dwarf before them.
Kedar Jadhav being ruled out of the season due to his hamstring injury comes as a big blow to the CSK while it also gives CSK the reason and the opportunity to have a relook at the team combination; it is likely Rayudu would slip down the order and Murali Vijay roped in to open the innings.
