After Hardik Pandya's back injury in the Asia Cup, 2018, Krunal Pandya his older brother is all set to make his debut for team India. Krunal will play his first match for India against West Indies in the upcoming T20 series starting from 4th November.
Hardik will not play for India before 2019 as he is still recovering from his injury but he had some advice for Krunal before the latter's debut. Hardik has some experience playing at international level as his advice to his older brother was 'Just go out and play bindaas(carefree)'.
Krunal have some consistent performances in IPL for Mumbai Indians, in domestic cricket for Baroda and for India A as well. The 27-year-old was the leading run-scorer for Baroda in 2018-19 Vijay Hazare Trophy with 366 runs in 8 matches.
India will play their first T20 against West Indies in Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
