Indian skipper Virat Kohli is on the top in ICC ODI rankings. Indian run-machine Kohli has been in great form and received the Polly Umrigar Award for being the best international cricketer for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons at the annual BCCI awards.
Virat Kohli was born on November 5, 1988 and made his debut on June 20 in year 2011 at Sabina Park against WestIndies. In his test career he played 66 games and scored 5554 runs at an average of 53.4 with the strike rate of 58.27.
In the Test rankings he is at number two with 903 poins after Australian former skipper Steve Smith who has 929 points.
Virat Kohli knocked his best career score 243 against SriLanka. Kohli known for his great batting techniques ,passion for the game and the efforts he put on the ground to led the team from the front.
The Run-Machine Kohli smashed 1332 runs in 13 Tests with an average of 74, while in 27 ODI's he smashed 1516 runs with an average of 84.22 with in the seasons. In the six Tests played in the 2017-18 seasons, Kohli managed to scored 896 runs at an average of 89.6, while ODI average stands at 75.50.
