Team India did not only practice on the net on Thursday, but also participated in the collective warm-up session on Thursday before the second Test of the current Test series against South Africa. The Virat-led team India, forgetting the defeat of Cape Town, has begun preparing itself for the second Test starting on January 13.

Fitness trainer Shankar Basu in Centurion's SuperSport Park performed a session where all the players in Team India had a lot of fun. Meanwhile, Team India's physio Patrick Farhat also appeared on the field. Assistant coach Sanjay Bangar was also present.

Actually, in this interesting warm-up session, all the players put the yellow-red T-shirt behind their pants. As Shankar Basu blow the whistle, all of them began to snatch the T-shirts with each other. Ravindra Jadeja snatched more T-shirts during this period.

During the practice session of Team India, the batsmen opened their hands in the net. Along with Ravichandran Ashwin also tried his spin during the net practice.

Earlier, after losing the first test match in Cape Town by 72 runs, Team India management announced an optional practice session. The special feature of this practice session was that it did not include the players who played in the first Test.
