As captain of team India, Virat Kohli has been working extra hard as he has to carry added load on his soulders this time around, espicially after Shikhar Dhawan’s injury, with that being said, he has given us a glimpse of his daily fitness regime.

Virat Kohli posted a video clip of him lifting heavy weights in the gym on his social media account. Performing a perfect squat, Virat is seen lifting heavy weights and sweating it out. The caption on the video read “no day off, nothing can be done without hardwork.”


 

India currently sits firmly at number three spot in the points table, their match against the Black Caps was abandoned due to rain, India will go face to face with the Windies in their next match in the World Cup on May 27th at Manchester.
