Former Indian cricketer Ashok Dinda hits out at trolls and blamed Royal Challengers Bangalore for their irresponsible tweet targeting him. The right-arm pacer has been subjected to trolls using his name for poor bowling performances in Indian Premier League.
Dinda shared his stats on Instagram before slamming RCB on Twitter. He pointed out his respect for Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle but slammed RCB for their tweet.
I personally have no hard feelings for anyone and have always had a fondness for the team for legends like @imVkohli , @ABdeVilliers17 , @henrygayle and also since I had once called it home. You are surely answerable @RCBTweets pic.twitter.com/qGKEIAhhIT

Ashok posted a message on his official Twitter account as his expressed his disappointment. Dinda wrote, “Following this tweet from RCB I faced a lot of criticism. I didn’t fell the need to react. Things aggravated people started abusing my family, using filthy languages for my daughter and wife. Such lewd comment no father could have tolerated. This makes me wonder where we as a society are headed. But my question is how can RCB being a franchise be so irresponsible and post anything against any player? I would like to add here: I am among the decent T-20 bowlers according to stats to have represented the franchise.”
Whenever a bowler has leaked runs in IPL 2019 he has been compared with the Bengal pacer with a term ‘Dinda Academy’. RCB too made a mention of of ‘Dinda Academy’ when Umesh Yadav nearly failed to defend 26 runs in a match against Chennai Super Kings. RCB later took down their tweet after facing a flak from fans.
Ashoke Dinda has played 115 first-class matches, taking 417 wickets at an average of 28.35 and an economy rate of 3.10. Dinda has played 78 IPL matches and has 69 wickets to his name. In 13 ODIs for India Dinda has taken 12 wickets.
