Even before the World Cup 2019 started the speculations of MS Dhoni retirement was doing rounds. It was very well known that Dhoni was playing his last World Cup and fans from all over the world wanted Dhoni to be on the winning side. But Dhoni and team India’s World Cup campaign ended on a sad note when they were knocked out of the tournament by New Zealand.

It was being said that MS Dhoni will retire after the World Cup but no word from the former captain has come out yet. MS Dhoni is not playing the T20I and ODI series against West Indies, he will serve the Indian Army instead.
