Indian wicket keeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik turns 33 on friday. Karthik's wife Dipika Pallikal who is an International Squash Player wished her hubby by posting beautiful pictures on the instagaram official account. She recently won the Gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, held in GoldCoast 2018, Australia.
Both the couples understands the hardship of being a professional sportsperson and cmpiments each other.
On November 2004 Dinesh Karthik made his debut in an ODI against England in Lord's and got his first test cap just after the month. Dinesh Karthik's match winning knock where he smashed 29 runs from 8 balls guided team India to the Nidahas Trophy win in Sri Lanka, led to several fans and commentators calling on him to replace MS Dhoni where he was struggling with the bat.

As per reported in Times Now, Dinesh Karthik revealed that many cricketers' wives come to see IPL matches but Dipika isn't fond of the sport, she rarely visits stadiums to see him play. "She comes for the odd IPL match. But she does not enjoy cricket so we don't have many conversations about it".
"My wife never saw my match. She gets nervous. Her sisters watched it. Cricket is not her favourite sport. She watches squash when it comes on TV. Cricket does not interest her much," Karthik had said before his wife departed for Australia to participate in the Commonwealth Games.
