The all-rounder Hardik Pandya got injured while playing against Pakistan in Asia Cup 2018, and after that, he went out of the ground on a stretcher. BCCI issued a statement regarding the same now that the Board's medical team is taking care of him.

According to a report by TOI, Hardik Pandya will not be able to stand for some time and it can take more than 3 months for him to come back. Although in yesterday's match against Pakistan, Manish Pandey did field on his behalf.
While now BCCI has announced Hardik Pandya's replacement and now Rajasthan's pace bowler Deepak Chahar has been included in the team. Deepak Chahar told this to TOI, and let us tell you that he was also included in Indian team on One-day series.
