'Ye to hona hi tha': Twitter erupts in mixed reactions on CBFC chief Pahlaj Nihalani's sacking
In a major setback for former film producer Pahlaj Nihalani, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on 11 August has sacked Nihalani from his position on which Twitter erupted in mixed reactions.
According to reports of Times Now, Known poet, screenwriter and lyricist
Prasoon Joshi will reportedly replace Nihalani as the chairman of the censor board.
Since his appointment as the chief of the 23-member board in January, 2015, Nihalani has been embroiled in controversies.
