Will Ranbir Kapoor be part of Shoojit Sircar’s next?

Ranbir apparently is yet to confirm If he will be doing Shoojit’s film

Shoojit Sircar wants to work with Ranbir Kapoor for a long time. After Ranbir was spotted outside his office a couple of days ago. There were rumours that he might have agreed to do the film with the director. However, the director has apparently said that they were just meeting casually and spoke about upcoming season of football in the country. A source says, “Shoojit is keen to have Ranbir in one of his films and has discussed abfew ideas too. But it is yet to be decided which one he will take up.”

Earlier there were reports that Shoojit has approached Ranbir for his biopic on Udham Singh after Shah Rukh Khan turned it down. But Ranbir said to have refused it. Later it was said that the director is working on script based on football and since Ranbir is not only plays the sport but also owns a team, he wanted to cast him in it. Now it is said that this particular film has been pushed ahead as Shoojit will first start work on his film in October with Varun Dhawan which is set to release in June next year and then begin work on his other projects.
