Shah Rukh Khan on 25 June completed silver jubilee in the film industry. His first film Deewana was released on 25th June 1992. In this film, SRK shared the screen with Rishi Kapoor and Divya Bharti and after the success of Deewana, Shah Rukh never looked back.
Not many people are aware of the fact that it was someone else's loss which turned out as the gain for SRK.
Actually, the leading role in the film Deewana played by SRK was first offered to actor Armaan Kohli, whose name now comes in the list of Bollywood flop actors. Director Raj Kanwar, who made Deewana, approached Armaan Kohli for the leading role and Armaan even completed the first schedule shooting of the film. But in the midst of the shooting schedule, Armaan denied completing the shooting.
After getting stuck in this hectic situation, Director Raj Kanwar offered this role to SRK, who was looking for some work in his struggling period. SRK agreed to play the role and that's how his journey to super-stardom began. On the other hand, this one decision of Armaan made him flop actor in Bollywood.
Although this is to remember that SRK was already a known name before making debut in Bollywood. He was seen in some popular television shows like Circus, Fauji and others.
